Susan M. Yannessa serves as the Board President for the Beaver Hill Condominium Association since April 2022 and is an Associate Broker with Realty One Group Restore since November 2020. With extensive experience in residential real estate sales, including new construction and condominiums, Susan was also an Associate Broker at Weichert Realtors from September 2004 to November 2020, where roles included Sales Manager and Regional Training Director. Previous volunteer roles include Hospice Volunteer at Abington Memorial Hospital and Emotional Care Team Chaplain for the American Red Cross. Susan has held executive positions at the American Diabetes Association and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, driving significant fundraising efforts and operational management. Educational background includes a degree in English from Monmouth University and attendance at Abington Friends School.
