Kim Fairfield brings a diverse background in real estate, crisis counseling, and business management. Currently serving as a Realtor at Realty ONE Group Unlimited and a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for The Trevor Project, Kim's previous real estate experience includes a position as Licensed Realtor at Lusk & Associates Sotheby's International Realty. Kim also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Hook + Lather, specializing in homemade vegan soaps and men's products. In addition to real estate, Kim has held roles in business analysis, human resources, and team leadership within various organizations, including the US Federal Government and Ollies Bargain Outlets. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a concentration in International Business from the University of Delaware and dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and East Asian Studies from Dickinson College, along with a certificate in Mandarin Chinese from Peking University.
