David Cappel

David Cappel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high efficiency and high performance building design as the Founder of NetZeroEnergyReady Homes LLC since January 2019. Cappel specializes in advanced building systems, including building envelope design, indoor air quality controls, and renewable energy solutions such as geothermal and solar.
