Kristi Shearrow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kristi began their career in 2002 as an Office Manager at Yuma Visitors Bureau, where they worked until 2007. Kristi then joined Norman S. Wright Co. as an Estimating Coodinator from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Group Mobile as an Accounting Specialist and later became a Client Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales pipelines and supporting clients. In 2018, they moved to Realty Partners LLC, starting as an Administrative Assistant and eventually becoming the Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at the same company.

Kristi Shearrow earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Arizona Western College. The completion date of this degree is unknown.
