Leo Wiener

Leo Wiener is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and business management. Since March 2020, Leo has served as Chair of the Board of Directors and Board Member at Realty Resources. Leo has held the position of President at Ackerman & Co. since August 2015, focusing on strengthening and expanding the company's retail platform across the Southeast. In addition, Leo has been actively involved with the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District since May 2005, serving as Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer, and Board Member. Other board memberships include roles at Sweetwater Gourmet and Sweetwater Growers, Inc. Leo previously worked as Partner/Principal at Glenwood Development Company, overseeing shopping center acquisition and redevelopment from January 2002 to August 2015. Leo holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Administration, graduated with honors, both from the University of Florida.
