Cheryl Siple is an accomplished Associate Broker with over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. Currently affiliated with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since January 2016, Cheryl has also served as a Broker Associate at Realty USA Inc since February 2008. Notable achievements include being a Platinum and Gold award recipient, a mentor, and a team leader, with consistent recognition as the Top Sales Agent at the Canandaigua office. Cheryl has received various awards, including the Presidents Council, Pinnacle Award, GRAR Platinum and Gold awards, and the Zenith Award from The Women's Council of Realtors. As a former Broker Associate and Owner of C21 Southern Country Real Estate from January 1988 to February 2006, Cheryl successfully managed two offices alongside husband Rodney Siple.
