Cristy Boucher, CSS

Cristy Boucher has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cristy started their career at Dawn Stranne & Associates as a Public Relations Assistant, where they drafted press releases, created media kits, and organized media information. Cristy then worked as a Teller at Redwood Credit Union before transitioning to PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC, where they served as an Assistant Property Manager and later as a Property Manager. At PRANDI, they specialized in residential property management, leasing, contract administration, and accounting.

In 2013, Cristy joined RealtyCom Partners as an Account Relationship Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Cristy later progressed to the role of Client Services Manager, Vice President of Client Services, and finally Chief Operating Officer/VP Client Services. At RealtyCom, Cristy provided expert guidance on in-building data and telecom networks, overseeing network construction and managing telecom upgrade projects. Cristy also played a key role in developing and implementing smart home and smart building projects. Cristy's extensive experience in the real estate and telecommunications industries has made their an invaluable asset to RealtyCom Partners.

Cristy Boucher, CSS completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Dominican University of California from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended El Molino High School from 2001 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, in November 2018, they obtained the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program certification from UC Berkeley Executive Education. In June 2018, they also obtained The Science of Well-Being certification from Yale University. Lastly, in March 2012, they obtained the California Real Estate Broker certification from the California Department of Real Estate.
