Holly Sparks

Holly Sparks is the current Regional Operations Director at Realty Trust Group. Holly has over 20 years of experience in commercial leasing and property management. Holly started their career in 1993 as a Leasing Representative for Commercial & Investment Properties in Knoxville, TN. Holly was responsible for handling all commercial leasing for the company and represented office, retail, and warehouse space. In 2003, Holly became the Lease Administrator for National Book Warehouse/Book Market in Knoxville, TN. Holly was responsible for 90 temporary leases per year, as well as over 125 outlet book stores throughout the United States. In 2006, Holly became the General Manager and Principal Broker for Knoxville Portfolio at Lillibridge Healthcare Services. Holly was responsible for Property Management and Leasing for 225,000 sf medical office portfolio. Holly has been with Realty Trust Group since 2013 and is currently the Regional Operations Director.

Holly Sparks has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University. Holly also attended Cave Spring High School and Hidden Valley Middle.

Their manager is Greg Gheen, President. Holly Sparks works with Forrest Gardner - Vice President, Charlie Dickhaus - Vice President, and Adam Luttrell - Vice President.
