Aviad Kaufman's work experience begins in 1999, where they worked as a Projects Contract Manager at Rafael until 2005. In 2005, they joined Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd. as a Regional Account Manager and remained in that role until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at VeriFone Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2008, Aviad founded RealView Imaging and served as the CEO and Founder until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they held the positions of President, Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at RealView Imaging. Aviad later resumed their role as CEO and Founder from 2023 onwards.
Aviad Kaufman completed their education from 1997 to 2001 at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, Aviad pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Management at The Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, Tel Aviv University. In 2007, they participated in an Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.

RealView Imaging Ltd, an Israeli start-up company, is introducing the world’s first 3D holographic display and interface system, initially for medical imaging applications. The company’s proprietary technology projects hyper-realistic, dynamic 3D holographic images “floating in the air” without the need for any type of eyewear or a conventional 2Dscreen. The projected 3D volumes appear in free space, allowing the user to literally touch and interact precisely within the image, presenting a unique and proprietary breakthrough in digital holography and real-time 3D interaction capabilities.
