Ashley Raven has extensive experience in IT roles, starting as a Race Controller at The Race Centre before transitioning to positions like Unix Support Engineer at SysMech and currently holding the title of Linux System Administrator at RealVNC. With a Master's degree in Applied Computing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems & Networks, Ashley is skilled in providing technical support, system administration, data management, and writing technical documentation for both external customers and internal colleagues. Ashley also has a background in presenting information to large groups and solving complex IT problems.
