Louisa Gregory is the Chief People Officer at RealVNC, where they shape and lead the global people and culture strategy to support the company's growth. Previously, Louisa served as Chief People Officer at eEnergy and held various significant HR roles at Colt Technology Services, where they led culture transformation initiatives that earned the company recognition as one of the most inclusive employers in Europe. With extensive experience in HR across multiple regions including Europe and Asia, Louisa is dedicated to fostering high-performing teams and inclusive work environments. They are also committed to giving back to the community through service on the Board of The Avenues Youth Project. Louisa holds a General Management degree from Harvard Business School.
