Rusty Fincke

Rusty Fincke has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. From 2020 to present, they have been Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at RealWork Labs. From 2017 to 2020, they were Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at Digital Pharmacist Inc., where they managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of Digital Pharmacist specific to Salesforce CRM and all mission critical relationships. Rusty successfully restructured the customer service organization and created SLA and KPI metrics while improving the company's NPS scores and customer satisfaction ratings. From 2011 to 2017, they were Manager and Product Manager at Web.com, where they managed Yodle's Salesforce CRM and business analyst teams responsible for day-to-day operations and reporting for the client services organization. Rusty also managed the LiveOps call center user permissions, intelligent call routing and CTI integration services with their internal and external reporting systems. From 2010 to 2011, they were Owner of Geared Creative, where they planned and executed successful freelance design startup. From 2008 to 2010, they were Interactive Developer at Engauge (US), where they designed and developed e-mail campaigns and newsletters to help drive page views and sales. From 2007 to 2008, they were Visual Designer at Hoovers Inc., where they assisted internal and external clients with GTM material, inhouse and third party banner ads and other marketing material. Finally, from 2006 to 2007, they were Owner, Principal and Technical Director at CoPilot Media LLC.

Rusty Fincke attended Boerne High School and then went on to receive a B.A in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. In 2013, they obtained a Google Adwords certification from Google.
