VP, Partnerships at Realync

Jordan Easley is the Vice President of Partnerships at Realync. Jordan has over six years of experience in sales operations and business intelligence.

Jordan started their career at TinderBox in 2013 as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Jordan was responsible for developing and executing technical solutions for automating business processes, overseeing implementations of all Salesforce.com-integrated tools, serving as an expert on all client- and prospect- related data, and ensuring data quality. Jordan also led the implementation of a new accounting software for TinderBox and developed additional automation of accounting processes within the application. In their two years at the company, they helped drive revenue growth through optimizing Sales processes, troubleshooting for software tools, and creating reports and dashboards.

In 2015, Jordan joined Octiv as their Sales Operations Manager. In this role, they administered all key software solutions used by the sales team - including Octiv, Salesforce.com, Join.me, DocuSign, Box.com, and others - by provisioning new accounts, customizing each solution to fit their processes, training users on new features/functionality, and implementing new solutions to continuously improve the sales process. Other responsibilities included facilitating team competitions for the sales team using LevelEleven; helping management assess their sales pipeline and rep performance; calculating and communicating quota performance and commissions.

Jordan has been with Realync since October 2016 and is currently the Vice President of Partnerships. In this role, they are responsible for developing partnerships with industry-leading companies to create opportunities for joint business development and marketing initiatives that will help Realync continue to grow its customer base and expand its reach in the market.

Jordan Easley received a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. They also hold a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SU15).

Jordan Easley reports to Matt Weirich, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Rachel Yockey - VP, Experience, Moses Dwaram - VP, Technology, and Kristi Fickert - VP, Enterprise Growth.
