Gavriel Merkado

Gavriel Merkado is the founder and CEO of REalyse, a real estate data and analytics company. Gavriel has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry, working in a variety of roles including analyst, quantitative strategist, and equity research.

Merkado began their career in 2007 as an equity researcher at Mansion House Securities. Gavriel then moved to Jubilee Financial Products, where they worked as an equity and credit derivatives analyst. In 2010, they joined BMCM as a quantitative strategist.

In 2012, Merkado left BMCM to join Quintain Limited as an analyst. Gavriel was responsible for modelling development projects and integrating them into business systems and processes. In 2015, they left Quintain to join Essential Living Ltd., where they worked as an analyst on large scale mixed-use PRS developments across London.

Merkado has extensive experience in debt origination and negotiation, local and national research, financial appraisals, and portfolio analysis. Gavriel is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where they studied Mathematics & Philosophy.

Gavriel Merkado has a Master of Science in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics from University of East Anglia. Gavriel also attended Sherrardswood School.
