Alison McCrae

Alison McCrae has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alison most recently worked at Reapit as the Head of Training ANZ, where they built and managed the training team and oversaw implementation teams, consultancy, and learning and development. Prior to that, they worked at 7-Eleven as the NSW Learning and Development manager. Previously, at Rockend, they held multiple roles including Implementation and Partnerships Manager, Learning and Education Consultant - Implementations Lead, and Sales Executive. Alison also has experience at McDonald's, where they served as a Business Manager and First Assistant Manager, managing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving business results.

Alison McCrae attended Macquarie University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a specialization in Development Studies.
