Dan Willis has over a decade of experience in customer success and business analysis, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Reapit since June 2015, where previous roles included Customer Success Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Reapit, Dan worked as a Training Manager at Felicity J. Lord from February 2014 to May 2015, and from July 2008 to January 2014, held the position of Business Analyst at Rightmove.
