Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Systems Analyst at Countrywide Estate Agents, where James offered third-line support for subsidiary IT operations and developed custom applications. Earlier roles involved IT support management for multiple offices within Countrywide Estate Agents and electronic engineering in intelligent imaging at Sira Technology Centre. James holds MEng (Hons) degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sussex and Penn State University, complemented by foundational education at Coopers School.
