Josh Balfour is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering and technical leadership roles. Currently serving as Technical Lead and Principal Platform Applications Engineer at Reapit since July 2021, Josh previously held positions including Lead Engineer at HomeHero and Co-Founder/CTO at Ultima Platform. Additional experience includes Full Stack Engineer at Metomic, CTO at Split This, and Founding Engineer at Actively, among various other engineering roles. Josh's educational background includes a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent and studies at Queen Mary's College and The King's School.
