Phil Job is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as the Team Lead for QA & Technical Onboarding Services at Reapit since October 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of testers and technical analysts, optimizing testing capacity, and mentoring staff while engaging with external clients to define deliverables and enhance testing processes.
