Henrik Brogaard Holmager

Henrik Brogaard Holmager has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Henrik Brogaard is currently working as a QA & RA Manager at Reapplix since July 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Coloplast, where they held various positions. From December 2017 to June 2021, they served as a Senior R&D Scientist, responsible for ensuring the validity of test methods used in clinical studies and design verification projects. Henrik Brogaard also wrote method documentation, protocols, and reports. From November 2014 to December 2017, they became a Senior R&D Scientist and Team Manager, leading a team of Laboratory Technicians. In addition to their scientific roles, Henrik also worked as a Quality Project Manager at Coloplast from June 2012 to November 2014 and as a Vigilance Officer from October 2009 to May 2012.

Before joining Coloplast, Henrik worked as a Master Thesis Student at Dako in 2009. In 2007, they had a role as a Lean Assistant at Coloplast, where they supported the management in implementing LEAN practices and performed language interpretation tasks. In 2004, they worked as a Student Assistant at CMC Biopharmaceuticals A/S, being involved in the production, facility surveillance, and lab work. Henrik Brogaard also gained internship experience at The Danish Cultural Institute in 2007. Additionally, Henrik had student jobs at Blominfo A/S between 2003 and 2005 and at Netto as a 1st Assistant from 1998 to 2003.

Henrik Brogaard attended Asminderød Skole from 1988 to 1998 for their elementary education.

From 1999 to 2002, they studied at Erhvervsskolen Hamlet Hillerød HTX, where they pursued Process and Food as their field of study and received a high school degree.

In 2002, Henrik enrolled at DTU - Technical University of Denmark and completed their M.Sc.Eng degree in Biotechnology in 2009.

Henrik Brogaard continued their education at University of Szeged from 2005 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Bio-inorganic Chemistry.

In 2009, they pursued Open Education at DTU - Technical University of Denmark and focused on Business Law.

Henrik attended Copenhagen Business School from 2010 to 2012 and completed HD 1. del (Graduate certificate) in Business Administration.

Henrik Brogaard furthered their studies at Studieskolen from 2011 to 2012, specializing in German for European Level C1.

In 2012, they returned to Copenhagen Business School for HD 2. del (Graduate Diploma) and focused on Accounting Control & Process Management until 2014.

Henrik also undertook some short courses in 2012, including European Language Level B2 in Hungarian/Magyar Language and Literature at Debreceni Egyetem.

In 2013, they completed several courses, which include IRCA certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor at Force, Project Manager at Mannez, and another European Language Level B2 in Hungarian/Magyar Language and Literature at Debreceni Egyetem.

From 2014 to 2016, they passed Navigation (theory) at Sundets Sejler Skole, concentrating on sailing.

In 2019, Henrik joined Medicoindustrien and pursued a Regulatory Affair Officer program from 2021 to 2022.

Henrik Brogaard also took a course on FDA submissions 510(k) & PMA at Medicoindustrien in 2022.

In 2023, they will be attending a course on Sterile Processing Technology/Technician at DTU Health Tech.
