Jim Gardner, CPE, LEED AP, currently serves as a Senior Estimator at ReArch Company since June 2023, leading the development of estimating deliverables for projects through collaboration with architects, engineers, and owners. Prior roles include Senior Estimator at DEW Construction (December 2015 - June 2023), Director of Preconstruction Services at Landry/French Construction Company (July 2015 - December 2015), Senior Project Estimator at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. (February 2010 - June 2015), and Preconstruction Coordinator at The MacMillin Company (May 1994 - February 2010). Jim began a career in engineering as a Staff Engineer at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. from June 1989 to May 1994. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geotech and Structural, from Northeastern University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
