Max Gulker is an economist and writer currently serving as the Managing Director of Technology Policy at the Reason Foundation. Previously, Max held positions as a Senior Policy Analyst at the same organization and worked as a Senior Economist at Keystone Strategy. From 2015 to 2020, Max was a Senior Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research and a Senior Consultant at NERA Economic Consulting from 2008 to 2012. Max earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Stanford University.
