Sarah Pengelly (She/Her)

Sarah Pengelly has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and leadership roles in people and culture. Sarah started their career as a Web Developer in Infoprenuer and Infinet Communications in 2000. Sarah then worked as a Web Developer in Version 5.1 from September 2003 to February 2005. Sarah joined ecentricarts inc in March 2005 as the Director of User Interface Development. In December 2018, they became the VP of People & Culture at Reason One, where they currently hold the position.

Sarah Pengelly holds a diverse education history. In 1992, they enrolled in Wilfrid Laurier University and completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History with an Admin Option in 1996. Following this, in 1998, Sarah attended Humber College and received a Diploma in Internet Management the following year.

More recently, in 2018, they attended eCornell and obtained a Certificate in Change Leadership, focusing on Change Management and Leadership. Additionally, Sarah acquired a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2015.
