Avi Katz has worked in various professional roles since 2002. Avi began their career as a Naval Officer with the Israeli Navy, achieving the rank of Major. In 2010, they became a Member (Ambassador) of the Rothschild Ambassadors. In 2011, they founded and became the Executive Director of the Rothschild Ambassadors Alumni Association, where they developed a five-year strategic plan and created a social network for business-social entrepreneurship. In 2012, they became the IDC's Start-Up Class program of the IDC's Entrepreneurship Club and co-founded Yeez.it, a service for websites that allows users to post comments next to any content inside of articles and webpages. In 2014, they were the Business Development Manager at Neo Eco Systems, where they managed the submission of funding application by the Chief Scientist in Israel and conducted due diligence with a strategic partner (Fortune 500 company). In 2015, they became the Vice Head of Delegation at The Israeli authority for the exchange of youth and the Head of Partnerships, Head of Revenue and BO, and Director of Business Operations at ReasonLabs, where they managed the Business Operations of a new anti-malware security product for desktop and mobile devices.

Avi Katz completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Reichman University between 2009 and 2013, with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. Avi also attended the Israeli Naval Academy from 2002 to 2003. In 2014, they obtained an Advocate certification from the Israel Bar Association (IBA).
