Wendy Loat

Wendy Loat is an experienced IT Developer with a diverse background spanning several decades in programming, analysis, and software development. Currently at Phoenix Group since March 2022, Wendy also serves as a C# and PL/SQL Developer at ReAssure and as a C# Developer at Admin Re, both of which specialize in managing closed books of Pension and Life Policies. Previous experience includes roles at RWE IT UK as a Senior Support Analyst Programmer and at npower as an Analyst Programmer, recognized for exceptional accuracy and efficient work management. Earlier positions include Analyst Programmer roles at the Staffordshire Building Society and South Staffordshire District Council, as well as a Trainee Programmer to Senior Programmer journey at Sandwell MBC. Wendy took a career break from October 1990 to August 1997 to raise family members while also working as an Independent Representative for Avon Cosmetics Ltd.
