Emily Taira

Emily Taira is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Reata Glen since May 2023, Emily previously worked at Stoneridge Creek from October 2020 to May 2023 as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included coaching managers and employees on sensitive issues and ensuring policy compliance. Prior to that, Emily held the position of Human Resources Assistant at Stoneridge Creek, supporting HR operations and communication. Early career experience includes positions such as Corporate Benefits Administrator at Safeway and Head of Global Benefits & HR Service Center at Silicon Graphics, managing significant budgets and implementing comprehensive benefits programs. Emily’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business.
