Nikolaos K. has been working in the technology industry since 2012. In 2019, they joined Harmony as a Market Adoption specialist, where they orchestrated a transfer to a decentralized PoS shared blockchain platform. In 2020, they began working at Netcompany-Intrasoft as a Senior Innovation Engineer, where they head deliverables of suptech services and administers the blockchain centre of excellence. In 2021, they co-founded reBaked, an open-source protocol for DAOs and Web 3.0 ecosystems.

Nikolaos K. has a varied educational background. Nikolaos completed a Master of Science in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies at the University of Malta between 2020 and 2022. During the same period, they also completed a Master's degree in Software Development at The University of Sheffield. In 2016-2018, they earned a Master in European Studies at the Centre international de formation européenne, and in 2015, they completed a Qualification - Spring Semester 2015 in Rational Choice: Decisions, Games, Institutions at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. Finally, they earned a Political Science degree from Democritus University of Thrace (D.U.Th.) between 2010 and 2014, with a focus on Political Science and International Relations.
