Stephen Bissell

Stephen Bissell is a legal professional with extensive experience in insurance defense and litigation. Currently a partner at Rebar Kelly since January 2017, Stephen previously worked as an associate at McDonnell & Associates, P.C., Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers, and Gerolamo, McNulty, Divis, & Lewbart, where responsibilities included defending claims related to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and various insurance policies. Stephen also served as an attorney at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, engaging in legal research and drafting memoranda. Earlier, as a legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney's Office, Stephen conducted hearings and assisted in case management. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Cabrini University.
