Sivamani Thangavel

Sivamani Thangavel is a seasoned software engineering consultant currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Rebase Consulting since April 2023, focusing on digitalization projects utilizing open-source technologies. Prior to that, Sivamani held various roles at Gofore from May 2018 to April 2023, including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Sivamani also worked as a Software Architect at Lassi Kojo Oy and as a Project Researcher at Tampere University of Technology, contributing to the CityIoT project and conducting research on IoT programming frameworks. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at HCL Technologies, where roles ranged from Senior Technical Lead to Member Technical Staff, leading development teams and driving project efficiency. Sivamani holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
