Paloma Santacoloma

Paloma Santacoloma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, finance, and engineering within the life sciences and food ingredient sectors. As Co-founder and CFO of Biofynt since July 2022, Paloma oversees financing strategies and project execution across various functions, including Marketing and Finance. Paloma's previous roles include New Business Development at Bioprocess Engineering & Technology, where focus was on sustainable solutions and startup fundraising, and Process Innovation Manager at CP Kelco, managing a team responsible for developing innovative production processes. An academic background features a PhD in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and an Executive MBA, highlighting a strong foundation in both technical and business disciplines. In addition, Paloma actively contributes as a Core Group Member at REBBLS and participates in the Innofounder program.
