Allison Windhausen

Allison Windhausen is an experienced fashion designer currently serving as an Associate Designer for Leathergoods & Hardware at Rebecca Minkoff since July 2023. Previously, Allison held roles such as Assistant Designer for Handbags & SLGs at Rebecca Minkoff, Costume Designer for the feature "Broken Pieces," and Assistant Designer for Women’s Leather Jackets and Outerwear at G-III Apparel Group. Additional experience includes a temporary position as Assistant Designer at Brooks Brothers, as well as working as an Accessories Design Assistant and an Assistant Designer for Couture and RTW at Badgley Mischka. Allison also interned with Cara Benevenia. A graduate of Marist University, Allison earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design in 2020.
