John Paul Garland

John Paul Garland is a seasoned professional in architecture and real estate development, currently serving as Managing Director at Rebees since May 2024. As Principal in charge at Garland Architects, LLC since April 2011, John Paul Garland leads various architectural projects. Previously, John Paul Garland held the role of Development Partner at The Hanover Company from May 2012 to May 2024, overseeing large-scale, class-A, mixed-use and multi-family real estate projects. Before that, John Paul Garland worked at Ziegler Cooper Architects as an Associate-Project Designer/Project Architect from March 2005 to May 2012, focusing on diverse architectural designs, and began their career as a Junior Designer at SBWV Architects, Inc. / GPD Group. John Paul Garland holds a Master of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University.
