Tristan Simon

Tristan Simon is the founder and managing partner of Rebees, a position held since July 2014. Prior to this, Tristan Simon served as the founder and chief executive officer of Consilient Restaurants and Consilient Hospitality from February 2000 to July 2014. Tristan Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from Duke University.
