Isha Pandit has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Rebel Foods since April 2015, following roles as Associate Vice President and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to Rebel Foods, Isha worked at MarketsandMarkets as Assistant Manager of HR and at Olacabs.com as Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Isha began a career at Tech Mahindra as Senior Executive in the Resource Management Group. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Cost and Management Studies and a BBA in Finance from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Commerce, Pune.
