Sound Editor and Designer at Rebel Girls

Bianca Gan has extensive experience in audio production and engineering. Bianca currently works as an Audio Editor at Ritual, where they have been employed since February 2021. Bianca also holds the position of Sound Editor and Designer at Rebel Girls starting in December 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Bianca worked as a Freelance Audio/RF/Intercom Technician, specializing in audio, radio frequency, and intercom technology. Bianca worked as a freelancer in this capacity from August 2020.

From August 2016, Bianca served as an Audio/RF/Intercom Technician at Frequency Coordination Group. In this role, they handled various live events, including televised broadcasts, music festivals, and corporate events. Bianca also assisted with managing the warehouse, equipment servicing and repair, and inventory management.

Bianca worked as an Audio Technician at Gravity Media from April 2021. Bianca previously held positions at Loyola Marymount University, where they were an Audio Teaching Assistant from August 2016 to May 2018, and an Audio Engineer from August 2014 to May 2018. Their responsibilities included assisting students with Pro Tools usage, equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining inventory.

Additionally, Bianca has previous experience as a Stagehand at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, where they assisted with stage equipment setup and teardown for concerts, and as an Audio Engineer at Kxlu Radio Station, where they helped with recording sessions and live broadcasts. Bianca also worked as a Studio Intern/Assistant Engineer at 4th Street Recording, where they assisted clients and engineers during recording and mixing sessions, as well as equipment setup.

Overall, Bianca Gan has demonstrated expertise in audio editing, sound design, RF technology, and live event production throughout their career.

Bianca Gan has a diverse education history. In 2010, they began their high school education at Bishop Gorman High School and obtained a Scholar's Diploma in 2014. Bianca then pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Loyola Marymount University from 2014 to 2018, majoring in Recording Arts. Following their undergraduate studies, Bianca enrolled at New York University in 2021 and is currently working towards a Master of Professional Studies degree in Interactive Telecommunications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Audinate, including Dante Certification Level 1 in May 2019, Dante Certification Level 1 (2nd Edition) in April 2021, and Dante Certification Level 2 (2nd Edition) in April 2021.
