Jes Wolfe is an experienced executive and advisor with a track record of success in a variety of industries. In 2006, they began their career as an Investment Analyst for the International Finance Corporation (World Bank), Health & Education Group, where they evaluated investment opportunities and structured and executed 7 debt and equity investments worth $175M. In 2009, they served as a Corporate Development intern for GridPoint, Inc., where they reported directly to the C-suite and developed business strategy for new market entry. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader, managing teams from project scoping to implementation, and was nominated to BCG's Global Ambassador program in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they were the VP Sales - Australia for Algeco Scotsman Group, where they led a 50+ person sales team and was responsible for commercial strategy and execution. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Hoodline, a Nextdoor company, where they were the day-to-day operator for a 30 person technology media company. From 2014 to 2019, they were an independent angel investor and startup advisor focused on female founded companies and funds. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Rebel Girls, the girl empowerment company on a mission to inspire and instill confidence in 50M girls by 2025. Jes also became a Board Member of Knowhere in 2019 and a Founding Member of Chief in 2020. In 2021, they joined YPO as a Member.

Jes Wolfe obtained an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics & Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004. Jes also holds certifications from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) and PADI Open Water Diver.
