Ovidiu Cadar

Ovidiu Cadar has a strong background in software engineering, with over 15 years of experience. Ovidiu started their career in 2006 working as a .NET Developer at SoftVision, where they developed and maintained web applications. Ovidiu then moved on to bwin in 2008, taking on the role of .NET Developer, where they were responsible for designing a community platform and mobile version of the website. In 2011, Ovidiu joined Ullink (now part of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed desktop extensions for trading and algorithm management systems. Ovidiu also participated in the SWAT team, providing support for proof of concepts, research and development, and fixing production issues. In 2016, Ovidiu joined Imprezzio Global as a Lead Developer, and later in 2018, they joined RebelDot as a Lead Developer and progressed to the role of Solutions Architect. Overall, Ovidiu has a diverse range of experience across multiple industries and has consistently taken on increasing levels of responsibility throughout their career.

Ovidiu Cadar completed their Master's degree in an unspecified field of study at the Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2003 to 2007. Ovidiu's education journey began at Colegiul National "Mihai Eminescu", Satu Mare, where they studied Mathematics and Informatics from 1999 to 2003. Ovidiu completed their primary education at Scoala Gimnaziala "Mircea Eliade", Satu Mare, from 1991 to 1999. Apart from their formal education, Ovidiu also obtained the certification of Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft in March 2022.
