Jan-Coen Van Elburg has extensive work experience in various organizations. Jan-Coen started their career at the Clingendael Institute as a Consultant from June 1996 to June 1997. Jan-Coen then joined NEA Transport research and training as a Manager of institutional projects from February 1997 to January 2004.
