Matt Gill is a seasoned expert in international public-private partnership (PPP) transactions and project finance, currently serving as Director, Principal Consultant, and Co-Owner at RebelGroup since 2017. With extensive experience advising various governments including Romania, Rwanda, and Pakistan on infrastructure PPP development and financing, Matt has successfully navigated complex projects such as the Clackamas Courthouse and Howard County Circuit Courthouse PPP projects in North America. Previous roles include Director at AECOM Capital, where Matt led equity bids for major infrastructure projects, and Vice President of Infrastructure Advisory at KPMG, providing commercial and financial advice for significant highway improvements. With an MBA from Columbia Business School and a strong academic background in finance and accounting, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to their work in the infrastructure sector.
