Alicia Kauth

Alicia Kauth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alicia currently holds the position of Executive Operations Lead (Office of the CEO) at Rebellion Defense, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and coordination. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Recruiting Operations & Coordination. Alicia also has experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rebellion Defense, where they contributed to addressing national defense challenges through harnessing Silicon Valley's technologies and talent.

Before joining Rebellion Defense, Alicia worked as a Principal at Growth by Design Talent, a Recruiting Strategy and Services company. Alicia'srole involved advising companies on recruiting foundations, placing top talent, and providing recruiting leadership training and development. Alicia was committed to building inclusive teams and sustainable recruiting cultures.

Alicia's earlier experiences include roles at Airbnb, Meadowood Napa Valley, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. At Airbnb, they served as the University Programs and Recruiting Coordinator Manager and later as a Talent & Programs Specialist. Alicia also gained experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager at Meadowood Napa Valley and took on various managerial positions at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, including Restaurant Manager, Stewarding Manager, Assistant Pool Manager, and Hostess.

Throughout their career, Alicia has honed their skills in operations, recruiting, talent acquisition, and team management.

Alicia Kauth earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Boise State University in 2008. Alicia then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2010.
