Doug Richards

Doug Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Doug is currently the CFO at Rebellion and has been in this position since January 2022. Prior to this, Doug worked as the CFO Board Advisor for Climate Games at Climategames in September 2021. In 2016, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Sano, a food, nutrition, and wellness company. Doug also held the role of Senior Advisor at The Valkin Group, a trading and financial technology company, from October 2021 to April 2022. Doug co-founded and served as the CFO of GroupGo! from January 2020 to April 2022. Additionally, they co-founded and worked as the CFO of All About Digestion Ltd from March 2016 to January 2022. Doug also held the position of COO and CFO at Ordit Corporate Food Marketplace from May 2019 to July 2021. Before these roles, Doug served as the CFO at NewDay from April 2013 to April 2016. Doug was also the CEO of CMC Markets from September 2007 to April 2013 and the COO and CFO at AWD plc from February 2005 to August 2007.

Doug Richards attended Ardingly College from 1976 to 1986. Doug then studied Economics at the University of Reading from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 1994, Doug worked at Price Waterhouse London, where they obtained a Chartered Accountant & Corporate Treasurer certification.
