Christy Lachicotte

Christy Lachicotte, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Christy is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration at Rebellis Group since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Civix from August 2021 to April 2022. Christy also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Convey Health Solutions from August 2017 to August 2021, where they focused on change management and team member engagement. Before that, they served as the Director/Head of HR at GHG Advisors, supporting the Operations side in 2015-2016 and then transitioning to head the Human Resources function from 2017 until the company's acquisition in August 2017. Christy also worked as Manager of Human Resources at Sparton Corporation from September 2014 to February 2015, where they implemented a new performance management system. Christy was the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK from January 2012 to August 2014, responsible for aligning benefits and developing a talent strategy for acquired locations. Christy started their career as a Senior Human Resources Generalist/Manager at DME from March 2008 to January 2012, where they facilitated policy and procedure changes. Christy also worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Frontier Communications from October 2006 to March 2008, where they reduced attrition in a start-up call center. Christy began their HR career as the Director of Human Resources at the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia from September 2002 to October 2006.

Christy Lachicotte has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. Christy has also obtained additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Christy is also a Professional in Human Resources, certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and holds a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
