Julie Billman

Julie Billman has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in Medicare Advantage and Part D programs. Julie has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career. Julie has worked at Rebellis Group as the SVP Operations Practice, where they led a team of consultants in delivering actionable information to Medicare Advantage Health Plans and FDR clients. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and P&L Owner of Medicare Products at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Julie also served as the SVP of Operational Performance at Gorman Health Group, overseeing the implementation and improvement of Medicare Advantage health plan programs and operations. Julie has also held roles at Connexion Point, Capital BlueCross, and Coventry Health Care, where they gained extensive experience in compliance, strategy, and program oversight.

Julie Billman has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Administration from Upper Iowa University. Julie also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Studies from HACC.
