Laura is a seasoned Medicare compliance professional with over 25 years of Medicare Advantage, Medicare-Medicaid, and Part D plan experience, providing targeted solutions to meet specific client needs.

Laura’s areas of expertise include appeals and grievances, call center operations, and development of policies and procedures and monitoring tools to ensure compliance with requirements and best practices recommended by CMS, as well as extensive experience with CMS Program Audits. She has a successful record of assisting clients and employers in the Medicare healthcare industry by developing programs and processes to maximize operational efficiencies while maintaining compliance and quality outcomes.

Prior to joining Rebellis Group, Laura has held various management positions with Medicare Advantage, Special Needs, and Medicare-Medicaid organizations, including Director of Medicare Operational Compliance for Blue Shield of California.
