Jessica Buckton has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 with Loblaw Companies Limited. Jessica spent six years at Loblaw, primarily in customer service and Joe Fresh, where they handled customer relations, managed returns/exchanges/complaints, and trained new staff. Jessica also gained experience as a cashier and temporary department manager. In 2012, they worked at Jacob as an associate manager and keyholder. From 2013 to 2021, they joined TJX Canada/Winners where they held various roles, including merchandise assistant, allocation analyst, senior allocation analyst, associate planner, and planning manager. In 2021, they joined Rebelstork as a market development manager, and later became the merchandise operations and customer experience manager. Currently, they hold the position of director of merchandise operations.

Jessica Buckton attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a General BA degree. Their field of study was Global Studies and Psychology.
