Ariel Diaz Ailan

Ariel Diaz Ailan has worked in the e-commerce industry since 2013. In that year, they co-founded Maxihogar.com, one of the leading retail e-commerce in northern Argentina. In 2014, they took on the role of COO at Shopear. In 2017, they co-founded La Gaceta Shop, a marketplace in partnership with one of the most relevant Argentinian daily newspapers. In 2019, they became COO of Freemoni, an app that helps merchants build customer loyalty. Most recently, in 2020, Ariel became Co-founder & COO of Rebill, a payments orchestration and recurring billing platform for companies scaling in Latin America.

Ariel Diaz Ailan is currently enrolled in Y Combinator since 2021. In 2020, they obtained a Digital Product Management Specialization, Managing an Agile Team, Hypothesis-Driven Development, Agile Analytics, Agile Meets Design Thinking, and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia. Ariel also obtained Advanced CSS and HTML5 from Acamica in 2014. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' in 2008-2012.
