Karen Esler

Karen Esler is an experienced professional with a strong background in donor operations and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Donor Operations at Rebiotix Inc (a Ferring Company) since April 2015, Karen has also held positions as Donor Program Manager and Donor Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this, experience includes roles as Credit Officer, Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, and Operations Team member at Vermillion State Bank from January 2009 to April 2015, as well as positions of Assistant Manager, Sales Representative, and Design Consultant at The Tile Shop from June 2006 to January 2009. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota Morris (1999-2003) and is currently pursuing the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online (October 2023 - February 2024).
