Gargie Shinde

Gargie Shinde has several years of work experience in various roles. In 2017, they joined HERE Technologies as a Spatial Data Specialist I, where they were responsible for analyzing areas of development, coordinating projects, and training and mentoring resources. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Spatial Data Specialist II, where they conducted project coordination, planning, and execution across multiple teams. Gargie also played an active role in all stages of the project life cycle and gathered requirements from stakeholders. In 2022, they joined Bonanza Portfolio Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst, where they focused on understanding business requirements, process analysis, and system architecture review. Gargie also interacted with clients for requirement gathering and designing. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Business Analyst at ReBIT | Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. starting in 2023.

Gargie Shinde completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology at Mulund College of Commerce from 2013 to 2016. Gargie later pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Operation at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Additionally, Gargie obtained various certifications including Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from HERE Technologies in 2022, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy in 2021, Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from NMIMS Global in 2021, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from HERE Technologies in 2021.
