Pablo Castro Adriasola, also known as Sativa, has a diverse work experience in the creative and advertising industry. Pablo Castro started their career as a Director of Interactive Art at Ogilvy Interactive in 2005. Pablo Castro then moved on to become the General Creative Director at FCBMAYO, where they led campaigns for various clients and pioneered the agency's digital department. During their time at FCBMAYO, they also served as the President of the Creative Committee at IAB Chile, where they aimed to enhance local creativity and founded the IAB Awards Festival. In 2013, they founded their own agency called Why., where they acted as the Founder and Regional VP of Creativity. The agency achieved significant recognition, being named the Agency of the Year and Creative Director of the Year at the FICE 2016 Festival and ranked third in the creative rankings at the WINA 2016 festival and Achap 2015. In 2014, they took on the role of Academic Director and Content Advisor at Brother Ad School Santiago. After that, they joined Blue - hoy Rebold Chile as a Partner and Chief Creative Officer before co-founding Bravo Heroes in 2020, where they served as a Partner and CMO.
