Dan MacIntosh

Dan MacIntosh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1993, MacIntosh joined Elite as an Upgrade Coordinator, where they were responsible for scheduling and maintaining the upgrade/fix calendar and completing administrative duties. Dan later worked as a Writer for Spin Magazine in 2008, specifically contributing to the "It Happened Last Night" features on Spin.com.

MacIntosh also has experience in customer service roles. Dan served as a Customer Service Representative for HKA Enterprises in 2017 and as a Call Center Representative for UnitedHealth Group (via Ranstad) from 2018 to 2019. In both roles, they handled customer inquiries and resolved issues over the phone.
